LORETO STUDIO'S RETURN POLICY

At Loreto Studio, we greatly appreciate our customers and want to make this process easy for you. Likewise, we hope that our customers will be considerate of our policy too.

 

To be eligible for a return, the item received must be unused and in the same condition when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We process refunds only for valid claims.

 

We will be responsible for product refunds that meet the following conditions:

•            Products with manufacturing defects that make it impossible to use.

•            The product or item received is totally different from what was ordered.

•            The size shipped out is not the same as the size placed in the order.

 

No need to return the damaged item or product with manufacturing defects. Simply take a photograph/video and send it to sales@loretostudio.com. Once we receive the photograph / video, we will review your submission. If approved, you will receive a replacement or refund*. Easy peasy.

 

*Whether an item is approved for replacement or refund is left to our review and discretion.

 

But remember to send the photo/video in a timely fashion. This is when being fashionably late is not cool. Damaged, missing, or incorrect items reported after 14 days from the delivery date will NOT be eligible for a refund or replacement.

 

While we would love to accommodate all refunds and returns, there are many reasons why we cannot. The following however are the most common:

•            The product does not meet customer expectations.

•            The selected size does not fit the customer's body measurements.

•            Customer simply wants an exchange for another product or return it.

 

NOTE:

Knowing that body shapes and sizes vary, we strive to make sure that the size you choose is the right one, so please follow the measurement guide or table found in the product description of the items you are looking to buy. The measurements are clearly stated in each of our product pages. For this reason, we cannot accommodate returns for incorrect sizes. We highly recommend getting your measuring tape and rulers out before placing your orders. :)

 

Please note that only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
